Eric Quinn

Eric Quinn, ATC 

Founder/ Executive Director

Eric Quinn is a Certified Athletic Trainer and is the founder of Motorsports Performance Health.  Eric resides in Weedsport, NY and earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Northwestern College (St. Paul, MN).  After several years working with college athletic programs, Eric joined the Motor Racing Outreach (MRO) Fitness & Rehab Center in 2000, providing sports medicine services to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and the NASCAR Nationwide Series.  In 2002 Eric became the director of the MRO Fitness & Rehab Center.  In 2005 Eric created Motorsports Performance Health, LLC in order bring sports medicine to motorsports competitors at all levels of competition nationwide.

Bill Nelson

Director of Operations

Bill Nelson was instrumental in the start-up and development of the Motor Reach Outreach Fitness & Rehab Center. For four NASCAR racing seasons, Bill served as the Fitness and Rehab Director. Bill was previously involved with the development of sports medicine programs with Kearney Orthopedic & Fracture Clinic in Kearney, Nebraska. Bill helped start two rehabilitation and performance enhancement programs in Greeley, Colorado. Bill received his undergraduate degree in physical education from Kearney State College in Kearney, Nebraska. He also has a master degree in both exercise physiology and administration.

Bill NelsonJoe Mullins

Joe Mullins, M. Ed, ATC

Director of Sports Medicine

Joe Mullins, a nationally certified North Carolina licensed athletic trainer, graduated in 1991 from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in exercise and sports science and in 1992 received his M. Ed. in athletic training, from the University of Virginia. Joe serviced the NASCAR community from the inception of Motor Racing Outreach’s Fitness and Rehab Center in 1999 to its closing in 2007. Joe now serves as an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is actively involved in the State of North Carolina’s governing body for Athletic Trainers (North Carolina Athletic Trainers’ Association).
